Dublins FREE Trade Campaign

| Trocaire Mobile Phone Recycling Appeal |
Trócaire in partnership with Kavanagh Environmental is looking for your unwanted, used or faulty mobile phones!
The ‘Fundraising through Recycling’ campaign will send a Trócaire Mobile Phone Appeal bag to every household in the country.
If you have not yet received your bag and would like to donate your phone, you can request a bag online and one will be posted to you.
For every phone donated, a minimum of €3 will go to Trócaire’s work in developing countries. However depending on the condition and original value of your phone as much as €20-€30 per phone could go to to Trócaire’s work. In addition, all the costs of the project will be covered by Kavanagh Environmental.
To get involved, simply place your unwanted phone in the bag provided and put it in the post for free.
Your mobile phone will take 1,000 years to decompose in a landfill site. Recycling your mobile phone will help to reduce pollution and conserve scarce resources. Once delivered to Kavanagh Environmental, phones are tested and assessed by trained technicians and graded for reuse, repair & refurbishment or recycle.
Kavanagh Environmental, an Environmental Services Company established in 2007, specialises in “Fundraising through Recycling” for charities, schools and community groups.
