Dublin City Council have recently prepared a Draft Climate Change Strategy for Dublin City. This document is open to public consultation from all interested parties and individuals.

A copy of the document is also available during normal opening hours at the following locations:

Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8
All Public Libraries in the Dublin City Council area
Dublin City Council Area Offices 

Submissions on the draft consultation should be made by 4pm on Friday 22nd February 2008.

They can be submitted by:

a) Emailing engineering@dublincity.ie  

b) By post to Executive Manager, Environmental and Engineering Department, Floor 4, Block 1, Civic Offices, Dublin 8

As part of the consultation process, an Open Day for all interested bodies and individuals who wish to make oral representations on the draft strategy will be held in the Gresham Hotel, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 on Monday 4thFebruary 2008, 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 8pm. 

All submissions/representations will be considered by the Strategic Policy Committee and the City Council before the final Climate Change Strategy for Dublin City is adopted.
