The Dublin City Council Waiver Scheme has been amended for the year commencing 1st January 2010.

In 2010 the Standing Charge only will be waived when a Waiver is granted, all bin lifts will be charged.

The Standing Charge in 2010 will be:

·         € 96 per annum in respect of households with a 240 litre Grey Bin
·         € 78 per annum in respect of households with a 140-litre Grey Bin

All Lift Charges must be paid in 2010.

Households that are granted a Waiver will be billed therefore for all Grey and Brown Wheeled Bin lifts presented from 1st January 2010 at a rate of:
·         € 6.00 per 240 litre Grey Bin
·         € 3.60 per 140 litre Grey Bin
·         € 2.00 per Brown Bin.

The first bills for 2010 will be issued in April. A Waiver Application form will be sent with your Bill.

Households that are granted a Waiver in 2010 AND who pay their Waste Charge Bill on time will be allowed one free bin lift on their next Bill.
